How do I determine the correct size for my register?
To ensure a perfect fit, always measure the size of the duct opening in your floor, wall, or ceiling. Do not measure the old register plate itself. For example, if your floor hole is 4 inches by 10 inches, you should order a 4x10 register.

What is the standard lead time for shipping?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For custom orders or specialized finishes, lead times can range from 4 to 6 weeks. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer custom sizes for historical renovations?
Yes, we specialize in custom grilles for unique architectural needs. If our standard sizes do not fit your project, please contact our support team with your specific dimensions for a custom quote.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on standard, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, uninstalled condition. Please note that custom-made registers and specific finishes are non-returnable.
